Medication
If your child has been prescribed medication by their doctor, we are able to administer this with prior consent from the parent.
Please complete the Administration of Prescribed Medication form above and return it to school with your child's medication.
If your child has a severe allergic reaction and has been prescribed Auto injectors, we would like you to provided the school with a spare, labelled with your child name.
For some medications such as Calpol we are able to administer medication that has not been prescribed providing it is sent into school in its original container and with any accompanying leaflets relating to dose and age of children it can be administered to.
Please complete the Administration of Non Prescribed Medication form and return it to school with your child's medication.
